Every Euromaster cabinet box is assembled with Threespine ID®, a mechanical locking system licensed from Välinge Innovation, which holds the patent. The Kilim Group, which manufactures Euromaster cabinets in Türkiye, engineered the system into its frameless boxes. On site, panels are aligned by hand and locked into place with no screws, glue or special tools.

What is inside the joint

Välinge developed Threespine ID as an assembly system for furniture. Each joint combines inclined wooden dowels, a locking device called Pinlock, and Rotalock. The dowels guide two panels together at a set angle, and Pinlock engages as they meet to hold the joint closed.

The angles are machined into the panels at the factory. Because that geometry is fixed before the box ships, the fit of each corner depends on the machining rather than on how tightly someone drove a screw.

Assembly on site

The installer sets the panels against each other by hand and presses until the joint locks. There is nothing to glue and nothing to clamp while it dries. Euromaster publishes an assembly time of under five minutes per cabinet, and crews new to the system should time a sample box before pricing a job. The Easy Installation page walks through each step.

What the installer gains

  • Time. Box assembly takes minutes, so more of the day goes to leveling, hanging and fitting doors.
  • Even reveals. Frameless doors show small gaps between neighbors, and those gaps stay consistent when every box is built to the same geometry.
  • Less loose hardware. With no screws in the box joints, there are fewer parts to count on delivery day.

The cabinet around the joint

Threespine ID holds together a frameless, full-access plywood box. Doors hang on concealed soft-close hinges, and drawers run on soft-close runners. The 3-year limited warranty covers cabinets, hinges and drawer glides for trade customers.

Made in Türkiye, stocked in Georgia

The Kilim Group, with heritage dating back to 1976, builds Euromaster cabinets in Türkiye and has annual capacity of about 17,000 kitchens. Euromaster's distribution center in Norcross, Georgia, holds the Express program for shipment in 3-4 business days. Exclusive cabinets are made to order and ship in 10-15 business days. Dealers, builders and contractors can see how the trade program works on the For Dealers page.
