Euromaster Cabinet warrants its kitchen cabinets, hinges, and drawer glides to be free from manufacturing defects for three years from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to products installed for residential use within the United States, for the original purchaser at the original installation site, and is non-transferable.

Coverage That Works for Dealers, Builders & Contractors

This warranty is extended exclusively to builders, contractors, and dealers — it is not claimable by the end user or homeowner. To file a claim, the original order date and order number must be provided.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in cabinet construction, hinges, and drawer glides — in materials and workmanship — verified through our quality review process. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at Euromaster Cabinet's discretion.

Exclusions

  • Damage or failure caused by modification of cabinets, panels, hinges, or drawer slides from their original form
  • Normal wear and tear, or damage from accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage from excessive moisture, leaking pipes, faucets, appliances, or other water-related sources
  • Dimensional movement caused by extreme climate or humidity outside normal residential conditions
  • Minor variation in surface sheen or tone between production batches
  • Colour or gloss change caused by prolonged direct sunlight exposure
  • Products installed outside the United States, or in commercial applications, unless agreed in writing
  • Return of the defective part may be required before a replacement is issued

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Two separate timelines: shipping issues are reported on arrival, manufacturing defects within 30 days.

INSPECT ON ARRIVAL

Check every item at delivery or pickup. Report shipping damage, shortages, or visible defects in writing within 3 business days.

SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM

For manufacturing defects, log into your account within 30 days of receipt and include your order number, order date, and clear photos.

QUALITY REVIEW

A Euromaster quality expert reviews every claim. We may request an on-site inspection before approval.

RESOLUTION

Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or partially credited at Euromaster's discretion. Return of the defective part may be required.
