Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Euromaster Cabinet (Kilim USA Corp.). Questions about returns can be sent to info@euromastercabinet.com or +1 (470) 750-7750.

Returns require prior approval

Returns require Kilim management’s prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted. To request an RMA, contact us with your Sales Order or Invoice number, the SKU and quantity you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the returned product’s price. Refunds or credits for approved returns are issued less this restocking fee.

Return freight

The customer is responsible for the freight cost and risk of an authorized return.

Non-returnable products

Special-order, cut, modified or assembled products are final sale and may not be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Order cancellation

An order becomes binding when Kilim confirms the Sales Order in writing and receives payment in full. Once payment is received and the Sales Order is confirmed, the order is final and cannot be canceled.

Damage, shortage and incorrect products

At pickup or delivery, verify the pallet or package count and the visible condition of the shipment, and note any visible shortage or damage on the receipt or bill of lading before signing.

Submit one consolidated written claim for visible damage, concealed damage, shortage or incorrect product within five (5) business days after pickup or delivery. Include the Sales Order or Invoice number, the affected SKU and quantity, a description, photos of the product and packaging, and the signed delivery document. Do not assemble, modify or install products under claim before Kilim responds.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are handled under our limited warranty. See the Warranty page for coverage and how to file a claim. Kilim does not reimburse jobsite labor, removal, reinstallation, delay, countertop, appliance, plumbing, electrical or similar costs.
