Euromaster Cabinet Limited Time Warranty

This warranty applies exclusively to Euromaster Cabinet products installed for residential use.
Euromaster Cabinet warrants its kitchen cabinets, hinges, and drawer glides to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of (3) three years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser at the original installation site and is non-transferable.
This warranty is valid only within the United States of America.

To initiate a claim, customers must log into their account at www.euromastercabinet.com within 30 days of receiving the product and submit the required photo(s) along with the related order details.
No party other than an authorized Euromaster Cabinet representative is permitted to alter the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
Euromaster Cabinet reserves the right to assign a quality expert to inspect the cabinet(s) for analysis before approving a claim.
If a claim is approved, Euromaster Cabinet will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part under normal residential usage.

This warranty is extended exclusively to builders, contractors, and dealers and is not claimable by the end user/homeowner.

To file a warranty claim, the original order date and order number must be provided.

Note: Cabinets are made from natural wood and are sensitive to climate and humidity variations.

This warranty does not cover:

Damages or failures caused by product modifications made by the owner or installer.
Any alterations to cabinets, cabinet parts, drawer slides, or hinges from their original form, which void the warranty.
Characteristics naturally occurring in wood, including variations in color, grain, and knots.
Normal wear and tear, damage, or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance.
Small cracks, expansion, or shrinkage in wood due to climate changes or humidity, including minor fractures in painted surfaces at joint areas.
Warped doors up to 1/4″, which are not considered defects.
Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, leaking pipes, faucets, household appliances, or other water-related issues.
Return of the defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued.
Replacement components may not match the original finish exactly due to natural aging variations in wood grain and color.
